About Dr. Hamid Bahramizadeh

My Passion for Psychotherapy

Psychotherapy is not merely my profession—it is my life mission. With over 9 years of professional experience (part-time from 2016 to 2019, and full-time since 2019), my goal has always been to offer practical, effective solutions to individuals who seek a healthier, more meaningful life.

I deeply believe in the importance of a comprehensive and human-centered therapeutic approach, and I strive to guide individuals along the path of self-awareness, change, and emotional healing within a safe and supportive therapeutic environment.

My passion for psychotherapy stems from a deeply rooted inner belief—an unwavering conviction in the boundless power of self-knowledge, the capacity for personal growth, and the human responsibility to promote psychological well-being. This belief is not only my motivation; it is the guiding light of my professional journey.

I walk this path with deep commitment and unrelenting enthusiasm, because I believe psychotherapy is not merely an inward journey—it is a bridge that connects individuals to the deeper meaning of their own existence and their relationships with others.

My clinical expertise in treating personality disorders, depression, anxiety, and couple relationship difficulties is the result of years of study, clinical practice, and a profound dedication to improving human mental health.

I believe that every individual deserves psychological peace and inner growth, and this conviction shapes my work in both individual and group therapy.

In addition to my clinical work, I conduct specialized Schema Therapy workshops for psychologists, aiming to transfer both theoretical knowledge and practical therapeutic skills.

My goal in these workshops is to equip mental health professionals with effective tools and deep clinical insights, enabling them to work more consciously and effectively with the complexities of the human psyche.

Personal Interests

Beyond my professional life, I have a deep and enduring passion for philosophy and literature. These fields are not only core parts of my personal life but also vital sources of inspiration in my therapeutic work.

Philosophy, with its fundamental questions about meaning, existence, and ethics, allows me to approach human psychology with greater depth and perspective.

Literature, through its rich human narratives, emotions, and lived experiences, opens windows into diverse worlds and enriches my understanding of the beauty and complexity of life.

These disciplines help me engage more deeply with my clients and better understand the richness of human experience. I firmly believe that integrating scientific knowledge with philosophical and literary insight creates new horizons for both personal and professional growth.
